**UPDATE** I set up a dispute through PayPal and the total amount was refunded to my account. (The response from sammydress via paypal was, "Close this dispute ticket and we will refund the item price." So I replied, "Send me my refund and I'll close the dispute." Full price, with shipping refunded the following day.)
I ordered an item Sept. 9th. Shipping time was listed as 10-25 days. I contacted the company Oct 19, received a generic reply indicating weather or customs could have slowed the delivery. Still no package by Nov. 9th, contacted the company again, no response at all. Contacted the company Nov. 16th, they wanted me to contact the post office to make sure my delivery info was correct. When I replied yes, they offered a 50% store credit or a 30% refund to paypal. What the heck!? Buyer beware!
