I placed my first order with Joss and Main yesterday and was shocked by the hefty international shipping charge. Now I don't know if I was going to fast and missed it when I hit the place order or if it didn't show up until after I placed the order but I nearly fell off my chair when I did. Two seconds later I sent two different emails that I wanted the order cancelled. Oh guess what their customer service had to say. Oh we are sorry but the way Joss and Main places orders enables us to cancel your order. My response was piss poor customer service. So will not order from this company ever again! Note just as all of you are saying... I never write a bad review but the sure pissed me off enough that guess what I just did.
