This is the worst company I have ever encountered. They lie over the phone and make up things about the order. They didn't even know my name on the phone and they told me that there was an issue with my card BEFORE they even got my contact information. They told me my payment was never received. However my bank says the charge was valid. Total scam of a company, it's really unbelievable. They didn't process the order for 3 days then told me it didn't go through and it was the problem with their bank and to call their bank? What? They have no idea what they're doing and cannot give straight answers.
