So I didn't get my code until 1.5 months later and despite claims to provide it (usually) within 24 hours, they did not. At first, no communication about what had happened but then they offered constant stream of excuses, lies, and chiding (basically whining at me for my impatience and unhappiness with their gawd-awful customer service). Then nothing for an entire month before the code magically showed up with no apologies, no offers to provide a rebate or anything. Just an awful company to work with.

I'd take any positive reviews with a very massive grain-of-salt because they read like shill account or fake account reviews. I wasn't the only one with this issue and they conveniently would delete any negative comments on their website. AVOID and spread the word. Don't let other people convince you otherwise and don't let your fellow customers get ripped off by these guys. BOO!
