I have placed four orders in the last month. FIVE of my items were cancelled, and I had to call customer service to find out about 3 of the cancellations. Frustratin condsidering They were all Christmas gifts. Soo unprofessional to say you have something an then 4 weeks later your customer finds out they aren't gettin it! I now have to transfer funds, wait for money to be in my account, and go shopping... A few days until Christmas. They need to close and reopen when they are ready to run a business properly.
