I had a great experience with this company and their customer service. Bought one of their air mattresses, used it and loved it for about 5 years but it eventually developed a slow leak from one of the valve stems. Tried doing the repair they recommended on the website but it was not successful so I contacted Klymit Customer Service via the website and filled out their warranty claim form. They immediately took care of the problem and earned me as a customer for life! This is a company that makes a great product, they stand behind it, and honor their warranty.

I have now purchased 4 complete sets of tires from Discount Tire Direct and will probably use them again in the future. I have found the prices to be very competitive, especially if you are able to purchase them with one or more of the many rebates they offer. The shipping is fast and you can have them shipped to one of their stores or directly to you, whichever is more convenient.
The only reason they don't receive 5 stars is their rebate process is so convoluted. They require you to fill out additional forms entering again, and again, information they already have in their system because they just sold you the tires. You must upload the receipts (again, for tires they just sold you online) and a few times the upload didn't work so all the paperwork had to be mailed to them via snail mail. It appears to me they make the process purposely complicated, knowing a percentage of people will just give up. I still recommend the site, just know you are going to really have to work for any rebates.

I ordered a tv from this company in July, at that time could not find much information about them online good or bad. The price for the tv was about $50 less then other online retailers so I ordered from them. What followed, was delay after delay in the shipping of my order so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Again delay after delay (check was lost in the mail - yeah right!). By this time I was able to find more info about the company online. The BBB in Lake Worth Florida had dozens of complaints and an "Alert" on there website about them. Checked Google Maps and their listed address is the address of a pack and ship company (like a ups store) where you can rent a post office box! After literally dozens of phone calls and e-mails, I did eventually receive a refund in October! Save yourself the aggravation, buy from a legit company.

Tip for consumers:
Check the BBB in Lake Worth Florida, dozens of complaints showing the same pattern of delays.
Look up their address - it’s a PO Box!
Don’t give them your checking account info!

We had a great experience with Penske for our recent move. They came to the rescue when Budget Truck rental cancelled our reservation at the last minute (I'll never use Budget again!). The entire experience with Penske went well, all the equipment was top-notch, and the people were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Penske and will use them the next time we need a rental truck.

We reserved two 26' trucks plus a car trailer on 5/29/2019 with a scheduled pick up day of 6/19/2019. We booked these trucks 3 weeks ahead of time, knowing it was to be a busy time of year for truck rentals. Two days before our scheduled pick-up date, Sean from Budget Truck Operations left me a voicemail stating they were going to cancel our reservations because they were having a problem with trucks in that market! I called him back right away but they had already canceled our reservations without ever speaking to me. I guess he was trying to make me feel better by saying we were not the only people he had to call to cancel their reservation, stating he had a bunch of other people to call with the same news. I told him that didn't make me feel better, it made me feel worse because they didn't just overbook by a couple of trucks, they overbooked by a bunch! He also said our "reservation" did not guarantee us the equipment, it just guaranteed us the price! I told him that is ridicules, what good does a price guarantee do me if they don't have the equipment to rent me? After getting nowhere with Sean, I asked him to have his manager or supervisor call me because this was completely unacceptable. Awhile later someone else with Budget called and told me Sean had been correct in cancelling our reservations, and told me the same things he had told me. I explained this was two days before a big move with moving crews lined up at both ends and canceling on us just two days before the move was putting us in a very difficult position. I asked if they could drive trucks in from another location or have us pick-up from somewhere else?
Both of them told me they didn't have a single truck available within 300 or even 400 miles of our rental location. Neither of them offered compensation or assistances of any kind for the predicament they were putting us in. I have rented a lot of trucks and cars in my lifetime and this was by far the worst experience ever, I will never use Budget again! Fortunately for us we were able to scramble and find the equipment we needed with Penske Truck Rental! Penske was fantastic, great equipment, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

Bought a pair of boots and a jacket from LeatherUp and had a good experience with both. Purchased a pair of riding pants and they melted the first time I wore them even though they were advertised as being "heat resistant. I have been trying to get an answer from them for 2 months if they will allow me to return them and after completing the form on their web site and sending 8 e-mails Including 2 with pictures they requested - still no answer! Filled out an unfavorable review on their web-site and guess what? It doesn't appear.
Buyer Beware! If you choose to purchase anything from this company - assume it is non-returnable and don't believe any of the product reviews!
