My first winning bid was delivered promptly however was the wrong item. Anytime a new system or product is a failure from the start for me, I get out or get rid of it.
I contacted customer service regarding getting the correct item. I also expressed my desire to cancel my account with refund of my existing balance.
Customer service was prompt and cancelled account, is refunding money, and will work to get my correct item. So far, so good.
