I ordered a shirt in accordance with their online sizing chart. It was so small that I couldn't put it on. After trying for a week to communicate with them (like their return policy stated), they finally responded and told me read their return policy and to read their sizing chart. Yep, I did all that, which was why I sent them two emails. They finally said to send the shirt back at my expense, which was a couple dollars less than I paid for the shirt. So, I'm stuck with it and will use it to dry off the dog.
Their "Same day shipping" means, "We'll ship it on the same day that we decide to ship your order." I ordered a remote on 11/09. It's been 17 days. Still waiting...
After posting this review, I was contacted by iKeyless customer support and was advised that he item is backordered. The customer service rep apologized profusely and stated that the backorder status should have been forwarded to me upon ordering the item. Furthermore, due to my original expressed dissatisfaction, I was given a discount on my order! I haven't received such positive customer service since the gas station attendant checked my oil and tire air pressure in 1971. I upgraded the stars from one to five, will shop here again, and recommend the site to others.

A wealth of information is available to the home coffee roaster, as well as quality products and green coffee beans from all over the world. They even rate the seasons crop of beans and give instructions on how to best roast them! It's a wonderful website and company to do business with.
The website is easy to navigate, prices are competitive, shipping is fast, communication is excellent. I don't think there is a better place to buy pilot supplies!
Would you order a large appliance from an online store? I did and will do it again. AppliancesConnection has great prices, free shipping, no sales tax. I saved a bundle, and received a new upright freezer via truck freight with no damage, and the delivery company that AppliancesConnection contracted with even placed the freezer right where I wanted it. Very satisfied!

The website is excellent, easy to navigate. Prices are fair, but the best part was the Auto Delivery feature, wherein they will send furnace filters to me every month, 3 months, annually, or whenever I specify. Good company to deal with.

JCWhitney.com sent the wrong item, though is was packaged in the right package! Customer service was outstanding, advising me that a refund would be issued and to NOT send back the wrong item! I received a prompt refund, but sent the wrong item back anyway.
One can purchase almost anything at Amazon.com. Shipping, however, is haphazard. If the item that is ordered is actually provided by Amazon, the shipping is pretty fast. If it is through another vendor, shipping may take a month. Always be aware of the actual vendor of the item ordered.
The website is very easy to navigate. The products are dirt cheap, yet high quality. I've ordered HDMI cables, audio cables, bulk speaker wire, speaker parts, laptop power supplies, and a host of other items. Have never been dissatisfied.
