Same experience. The bait and switch is breathtaking. A monthly fee is $3 an annual ~$40 but if you get the free trial and it rolls over they blithely go ahead and charge you $40 repeating month over month. What a nightmare.

Hi Toast C.,

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. All of our subscriptions are auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal upon purchase. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your account settings.

As checked, since you were to able to cancel on April 24th, you will not be billed any further and can still use the service up until May 11th. We have also sent you a cancellation confirmation email for your records.
