ONCE AGAIN, I CANNOT UPDATE ANY TICKETS ON YOUR WEBSITE BECAUSE THAT FEATURE IS DISABLED! I REPEAT, I CANNOT UPDATE THE TICKET AT ALL! DON'T GIVE ME ANOTHER GENERIC RESPONSE! AND STOP, STOP, STOP TELLING LIES! TRUTH IS, I CANNOT TRACK THIS ORDER THAT SO CALLED SHIPPED, AND I STILL HAVE BEEN TOLD NOTHING ABOUT THE ITEMS THAT WERE NOT SHIPPED AT ALL! ONCE AGAIN, CANCEL THE ITEMS NOT SHIPPED, AND REFUND MY SHIPPING THAT I WAS ALREADY CHARGED FOR THOSE ITEMS! I WILL CONTINUE GIVING YOUR COMPANY BAD RATINGS, DESERVEDLY! RIDICULOUS!
