Would not give them a single star! Purchased a voucher for a boiler service with Energi Save cannot get an appointment. I have asked for a refund but kgb have refused to give me one. I have made numerous phone calls, emails/ left messages but nothing! Energi serve change their e mail address daily, impossible to contact. I want a refund! Does their CEO look at. Reviews such as these? Mr Bryan Conly how do you sleep at night!
