First, the only reason I used this place was because they were the only one available. I initially had to wait an hour to even get one. Then they avertised $1 first month. Well, that turned into $34 after their "admin fees" and worthless "insurance". Accepting that having no other choice, I went ahead and got one. I specifically asked the guy, "How do I cancel when I'm done?". "Just come in and tell us." We were only there from the beginning of the month until the 20th of June. Once we emptied the unit and took our lock we informed them. Then July comes around and they still charged my account. So I try to call the local office, get transferred to their "National Call Center" just to be told that my account was still active until July 2nd. So they charged me for July anyway. The person at the call center could not help me get my money back so they gave me a number to the "District Manager". Who I question even exists. Called several times no answer. They recording left another number which, you guessed it, did not answer. If you have other options do it even if it costs more and further more if your left with my decision, just sell everything its must less frustrating.
