After I couldn't find my "cash back" from a pretty large purchase, I contacted customer service and they were very prompt in getting back to me (within a day). The retailer had actually processed my order number incorrectly and it wasn't showing that I had purchased from the retail site directly. Customer service quickly responded and informed me I couldn't get my cash back because of this reason and kindly offered me a "valued customer cash bonus". I emailed customer service again and verified that I made my purchase from one of the Ebates retailer links... they very promptly responded, remedied the situation and I got the full amount of my cash back! I really feel that Ebates values their customers and it was evident through my experience with customer service. Again, they were prompt, courteous, gracious and persistent in really helping me.
