I tried to use Groupon for a lot of the things I needed or wanted for my wedding. Upon ordering, half of what I purchased was either out of stock, or unavailable. I ordered something for my fiance and was told the company that I bought it from doesn't even offer the service and they have no idea how the Groupon was on there. If they got their act together, I would continue to be a patron, but at this point it's not worth the trouble.

I ordered a dress here for my rehearsal dinner before my wedding. A week and a half goes by and I don't receive any information about it, though they definitely took money out of my account. I asked about when it would ship or when I would receive any information whatsoever. They told me the following Tuesday it would ship and I would receive confirmation. I never received that, so I asked for a refund. I was offered a $5 voucher. I declined, saying I just wanted a refund. They refused, and offered a $15 voucher. I declined, and they said that they emailed me. They didn't, but then they stopped communication with me. I will be going through the PayPal dispute process. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
