Yext may be helpful but business practices not the usual have an auto renewal in policy like many on line scams charged my credit card without contacting me like they said they would i have a right to choose to renewal rather than to it be forced on me and a partial refund is not acceptable likely not to trust them in the future

I know we have already spoken privately but I wanted to address your review as well to make sure everything is squared away. Our service is billed annually as a subscription so it is set to renew unless cancelled. Although we notify you about the renewal in a few different ways, most notably inside of your account, I am sorry if you missed it. I know you have already received your pro-rated refund for all of the unused service, but if you have any other questions or concerns about our service or your account we are happy to address them.
