They told me my "free' trial was over. I them paid the subscription and they reset everything and my password no longer worked and when I tried to set up a new one it won't do it. I called support... I could only understand every third word this guy said. WHY DID YOU RESET EVERYTHING! It was working fine. I may send this thing back and try another product.

I am/was a new customer ordering 2 sport t-shirts last weekend. There is no tracking info as if the order has never been filled & they ignored an email I sent them requesting an update. I will stick with QVC.

What moron thought this new format was a good idea and what lame brain approved it. Get ready Ancestry you are about to lose a ton of business and I will be one of them.

UPDATE-- I just found out from Ancestry that they are soon going to force this new format on everyone. After ten years I will not be renewing my membership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ---- THIS NEW FORMAT IS A JOKE.

I bought a "distressed leather' coat from them that was not distressed and just a plain brown leather coat that looked like it came from Kmart. They want to charge me a 20% restocking fee and make me pay to send it back even though they were deceptive. TRUST ME SHOP ELSEWHERE.
