“Don't do business with Match.com--You will regret it!”

I joined and was paying monthly for a year. Met no one. Then when I received my most recent credit card bill, they charged me $215. When I called to ask why, they told me that when I signed my contract I agreed to an automatic one-year renewal for the full cost of the year at one time. Of course, I had no idea and never would have joined if I knew. I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They did cancel my subscription, but the person just kept telling me over and over that the money is NON-REFUNDABLE. This is a terrible, deceptive and fundamentally dishonest way to do business and an unconscionable way to treat customers. Don't do business with them! You will end up unhappy and ripped off like so many others.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. Don't join. You will get ripped off, and in the end you'll regret ever hearing about Match.com. They are fundamentally dishonest and unscrupulous.
