Got some really horrible advice working on my Benz, actually did much damage. Complained, Mark refunded my cost and cancelled my account on 4/4/2016. On 4/27/2016, they billed me ANOTHER $57! Emailed Mark, customer service, used chat, several phone calls. NO RESOLUTION!
Sooo. IN ADDITION to awful advice... they are using my information to STEAL from me!
