This site is shine side in disguise after checking with paypal it is billed as shineside limited i immediately reported it to paypal as fraud and they are handling it. There are no words to describe the horrible crooks and outright thieves at shineside they never shipped an entire order oabout 168.00 they lost an order the stuff that came was garbage worse than flee market worse they offered free returns and never sent any no tag no invoices tracking numbers are not real never responded to better business bureau 100s of similar complaints and yet they are still in business buyer beware they probably have other sites they hide behind their activities are criminal and tactics to reply to you threatening and scary terry hooker
I HAVE SPENT WELL OVER 500$ON THIS WEBSITE PLACING OVER 5 ORDERS ONLY READINTHEIR OWN REVIEWS HAD NO IDEA OF OTHER TERIBLE REVIEWS ONLINE TO MANY TOO COUNT ALL WITH STORIES SIMILAR TO MINE. HOWEVER I BOUGHT SO MANY ITEMS MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIFIC FIRST ABOUT 65% WERE TOO SMALL THESE ARE ASIAN SIZES IN CMS NOT IN INCHES BUY ALL THE TIME FROM ASIAN BUYERS ON EBAY WITH NO TROUBLE THEY TELL YOU ITEM RUN SMALL NO WHERE ON THE SITE DOES IT TELL YOU CLOTHES COME FROM ASIA WITH ASIA SMALLER SIZING AND I MEAN SMALL ALSO ITEMS DONT LOOK LIKE PICTURES. I RECEIVED AN ORDER I DID NOT PLACE ONE IS STUCK IN TEXAS AND MARKED UNDELIVERABLE AND SHIENSIDE HAS YET TOO HELPMME WITH EITHER ISSUE, ALL ORDES COME WITH NO INVOICES NO PRODUCT NUMBERS NO TAGS MANY DO NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES, EVERY ORDER I NOTIFED THEM OF EACH ITEM THAT WAS TOO SMALL NO HELP AT ALL GOT A COMPLETE RUNAROUND WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY FOR RETURNS BEAUSE ITEMS DID NOT COME FROM USA EXCUSE ME I ORDERED FROM USA SITE NO WHERE ON SITE DOES IT TELL YOU COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. MEAN NASTY GUY NAMED ANDY WAS THE WORST EVER RUDE TERRIBLE TO ME CONTACTED THEM AT LEAST 15 SEPERATE TIME TO GET HELP ALWAYS A RUNAROUND I AM 68 YEARS YOUNG MOSTLY ORDERED SWEATERS AND TOPS SOME PANTS, HAD TO BE CUT OUT OF ONE SWEATSHIRT TO SALL HEAD SIZE AS WERE MANY. I NNED RETURN LABELS MAILED TO ME AS I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER OR CAMERA CANT GET ANY HELP AT ALL SPENT ALL THAT MONEY FOR NOTHING. I FILED A BBB REPORT AND I PAID 25.00 TO ACONSUMER HELP COMPANY TO HELP ME NEXT STOP PAYPAL THIS COMPANY HAS MADE MY SHOPPING ONLINE EXPERIENCE HELL!
