CVS ******* S. Memorial Tulsa, OK. Refused my GoodRx coupon. When I asked her why, she said "we actually lose money so if the coupon is not already on your profile we can't add it!"

Sorry for your issues - sounds like a confused pharmacist. Coupons can always be added to a patient's record; that's simply incorrect. Please email us at help@goodrx.com if you have issues and we can help resolve.

When you are picking up medication it is generally because something is wrong or you don't feel well. The last thing you need is someone behind the counter with a crappy attitude being as rude as they possible can. There is no place for it... Especially in customer service!
