On aug 27 I ordered dee well pump and paid 399.95 they took the money out of my acct same day said would take 5 days. Receipt says 10-15 Biz days after several call they say can t process order out of stock and would be 30-60 days refund. Then they say 9/17 in store credit like I would buy anything from these people. I have gone 2 month without water and no income. Is there any desent companies out ther anymore. This is sure not one of them

I do apologize, but our normal refund policy is for a full in-store credit for the entire purchase price of the transaction.
