Bought a pair of shoes and they didn't fit. I returned them with little ease, and soon got a refund.

I bought a new iPhone and iPad and had to call Apple Care numerous times for support. Literally, the technician typed in my question so they could find the answer to my question. They have had little training and cost me time in getting a resolution. They used to have great support and now it is less than mediocre.

VRBO increased the prices by 30% and decreased customer service by 30%. Longer hold times to speak to a representative, and then you get a person that cannot help you. The representatives have not been properly trained and give you the impression that they are looking for the answers on the website.

Tip for consumers:
Look at individual owner reviews and not the VRBO/Homeaway company.
