I bought a phone from Gearbest.com on 24.09.2015. This was supposed to be delivered to me in India. These crooks have made the delivery in Guangzhou, China itself without delivering it to me. They charged me standard shipping charges and insurance. This is the kind of service I get from this hyped website. My Tracker number is EA*******CN. This tracker shows that the phone is delivered to some DengLaBin, who resides in Guangzhou itself. It shows the honesty these guys want to do business. I put a lot of support tickets and there has been no replies to any of them.
Later, after the holidays, I got to know, they didnt get clearance for export from China for the phone. I asked for refund, and they replied saying, they will refund $50 first, and the remaining on arrival of phone from EMS.
Its almost 20 days, they have neither shipped the phone, taken standard shipping charges + Insurance, and they have still not shipped the phone.
I asked if they can reship it and they said, it can be reshipped through Singapore/China Post after all the charges have been taken from me. I, insisted on refund again and they just bluntly put an email saying that the refund has been processed. It is already 4 days since, they sent this mail, and I have not yet got the refund.
The Bank says, it takes hardly 2-3 days to process. Gearbest is saying it is already processed and lying at bank's end.
We know, who is lying. So I guess, this shows the true picture of the multi-product seller, who is just trying to dupe innocent people. Stay away from it. I advise everyone, to not even visit this website.
I suggest you all buy your things from Aliexpress.com who guarantee your refund in case, anything goes wrong.
