Shortly after posting my initial review, I received a response from an Opal & Peach representative to the second support ticket I submitted, dated February 2nd. The response was polite, assuring me that they'd figure out what the issue was and get it sorted out ASAP, as well as asking me to reconfirm my mailing address.
I emailed them back quickly, confirming my address and thanking them.

Sadly, communication ended at that point, and no attempts had been made to reach me since that email. Since almost 3 weeks had passed at this point and I hadn't received any new information on the order or an explanation to what the initial issue could have been, I sent a second reply to the original email I received from them on 2/2, again confirming my email. In this second email, I also let them know that I just want a refund now, as I was not at all satisfied with the lack of customer service they provided and did not want to do business with their company any longer.

Surprise surprise, the customer service was quick to respond to my second email, and they were finally able to give me an update as to what had happened with my order. Since Opal & Peach does not actually have stock of the products they sell on hand, it's common that the items will instead be shipped to the customers from their overseas manufacturers, something make clear on their website and something I knew going into this sale. The person that emailed me let me know that due to this, the parcel I ordered got lost in one of their overseas shipping depots.

To my frustration, they ignored my prior request for a refund, and instead offered to either reship the item, which they said will take another few weeks, or give me a "generous" gift certificate to make another purchase from their store, both of which are confusing to me. Why would I want either options when I've already let you know I don't want to do business with your company ever again?

I had originally found out about this website through an instagram advertisement. The advertisement in question was showcasing an opal ring, with the ad boasting that you'd get the ring free, all you had to pay was shipping and handling.
Before making an order though, I looked around some to make sure the site and company looked genuine. After a little searching, the site itself looked rather legit and I didn't come across anything that would lead me to believe the website was a fishy company. Along with that, I also came across people on various social media, praising the company for products they received, with photos of the products included.
Due to this lack of red flags, I decided to order the ring, and I placed this order back in mid-september.
Ordering through their website was a total breeze. The site was easy to navigate and I had no trouble what-so-ever with placing my order. That aspect of this transaction was great!
At the time I ordered, I was made aware that these promo items would have an extended time before shipping, with the item expected in my hands 40 days after the order was placed. Since the company was upfront with this, I was understanding.
It's now been well over 60+ days since I placed my order, though, and I haven't heard anything back yet. No confirmation email, no emails about the shipping status, nothing. The only proof I have of this order if my bank statements, where it shows they pulled the money to cover the shipping and handling, which lets me know that they did in fact get my order.
I've also tried to contact the company 2 times between the January 1st and now, once by submitting support ticket and a second time through facebook messenger when my support ticket got deleted without any resolution.
In both of these situations, I did not receive any follow-up, which isn't really surprising when considering their failure to send out a confirmation email.

At the time I'm writing this, I have submitted a second support ticket in hopes of finding out anything about my order, whether it be a shipping date or how to get a refund, as well as an answer as to why my prior ticket got deleted. Should I hear back and get a resolution to these issues, I'll try to update my review to reflect the rest of our interaction.
For the moment though, I'd just avoid this site entirely.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this site entirely!
The hassle that comes from attempting to commicate with anyone from their customer service isn't worth getting a product at a cheaper cost.
Just pay the few extra dollars and go with a site you know you can trust, that is sure to follow through with it's orders, and actually has people that can communicate with their customers employed.

I ordered a witch broom from this service a week ago, as I needed one for my Kiki cosplay in a month. After searching online, I found one on this site that looked perfect, and had the price at 5 dollars, which was great. Usually, I stick to amazon and ebay, but this being a google trusted store, I thought it would be safe to order from.
Fast forward to today, when I finally get my package. It was a complete and utter disappointment.
On the website, I was shown an adult sized, albeit cheap, broom with a bamboo looking handle and a full straw head. The broom I received looks like it is for a child, barely makes it to 30 inches, and is so empty, I can see through the straw. The straw also breaks and comes out of the binding extremely easily. Long story short, the product looks absolutely nothing like the product the site promises they are selling.
Luckily this broom was cheap, because it is a complete piece of junk, and I will not be able to use it with my costume.
I'm severely disappointed in this site, as well as for google for claiming that this site would be trustworthy.
If their 5 dollar items look this cheaply made, I don't even want to know the corners they cut with their other products.

be aware that photos may not look like the intended item that is being sold

This is my second time ordering a phone case through redbubble.
The first time was great. My product was shipped in a quick and timely manner, I was up to date on everything that was going on, when my college mail service lost the package, customer service was quick and polite to work with, and replacement case was soon in my hands.
The product was good quality for the price, and was definitely my favorite phone case until I got a new phone.
Right now, I'm not as impressed as I was the first time.
I ordered the case on the 25th. At the time of ordering, I was told that I would get it on the 29th if I went with express shipping or sometime between the 30th and january 3rd if I went with standard shipping.
I decided to go with express shipping and placed my order.
Unfortunately, I didn't recieve a shipping email from Redbubble until the morning of the 28th, and UPS didn't pick up the package the evening of the 29th, when I was told the package would be in my hands.
When I check my order, Redbubble's site still says that I can expect my package to be delivered on the 29th, but UPS is now saying I won't receive it until either january 3rd or the 4th, which is the last day or even later than the standard shipping window.
Express shipping isn't any quicker than the standard shipping would have been.
Thankfully, Redbubble staff was once again easy to work with and quick to help me out when getting a refund for the express shipping.

TL; DR:
Redbubble's customer service and product quality are both great, but they terribly misinform customers by putting false shipping dates on their items, giving the appearance that items will arrive quicker than they really do. Their 'express' shipping option is a rip-off and should be avoided.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use express shipping. Do not believe "delivered by" estimations. Do not order an item from here if you would like to receive the item by a certain day. It takes them time to make and ship products. Talk to customer service as soon as you feel an issue is arising, they are helpful and easy to work with

Do NOT order anything from this excuse for an online shopping site! I am very deeply unsatisfied with the costumer service at the moment!
At about a week ago, I ordered something from this page due to the decent price. After checking daily to find out the status of the shipping, I checked monday to find out that my sale had been cancelled. Confused, I called the company to ask why. I was given know answer other than "I am not sure, I will fax this information and have them call you back. When I asked if I could simply get my money back, I was told this same message again. If I call the customer service, I expect to be given answers that I have as the customer, not to be told "I don't have the answers to your questions and I will have someone call you back".
I was not called back though, so I was forced to call again. The person I talked to this time stated that while bambuzo has the item in stock, my item was not shipped out because bambuzo's provider for the item did not have the item in stock. This makes absolutely no sense, as a company can not say they have an item in stock when their supplier does not. This means that I was blatantly lied to when I ordered the product and was told it was in stock.
The lady then assured me that I should have my money back within 24 to 48 hours, and if this was not the case, to email the company with proof of purchase.
This was on Monday. It is now Thursday, 72 hours later, and I have not received my money yet, or any explanation. When I email the company, I get an automated reply.
I am deeply disgusted and disappointed with every aspect of this failure of a site and I will not be shopping from here ever again. This is not a retail company, this is just a giant scam to rip people off.
