I ordered something from banggood at the beginning of the month. I chose the priority air mail 6-9 day shipping and still haven't received! I started a chat with someone and not only was the lady obnoxiously rude, but she said I chose "Air Parcel" shipping which by the way isn't even an option when I went to look at the options! Plus they refuse to give me a refund! And I apparently paid extra for 7-25 day shipping even though standard is 7-20 days... the second I mentioned to this "Cici" that "Air Parcel" wasn't even an option, SHE ENDED THE CHAT ON ME! I will never ever order from here again and I can only hope that I'll actually receive my order at some point. I also believe this website is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
