I was trying to get my cash back rebates because i have two receipts. I have an account with early moments and they send a receipt saying "this order qualifies for a cash back rebate" then it sends me to claimyourrebate.com i selected early moments and it sent me to freeshipping. Now when i went to go through the process i had an issue. So i spoke to someone and she said "because i didn't go through freeshipping and make the purchase that i will not get the rebate checks". This is complete crap! I have done this before twice and have not heard of this being the case. I am completely dissatisfied and will not be dealing with freeshipping again.

Hi Tawanna, I apologize for any misunderstanding you had regarding how to use the program.

You did sign up three times for trial memberships and you submitted, and were paid the premium on two on those memberships. Our terms clearly state that there is only one membership and one premium payout per household. You received two premium payouts.

It appears the third time you did not submit the claim and that is the reason it was not paid, and you would not have been entitled to it even if the claim had been submitted.

I have gone ahead and refunded your membership fee and request that you do not register again as Freeshipping.com is to be used a membership program.
