My daughter ordered from them and somehow an extra 24 things were added to her account and there is no customer service and Im getting the run around because I want to return everything for a full refund and all the emails are answered by a computer. Horrible company

Tip for consumers:
So.I sent an email to where the "representative" told to with the proper subject line and I get an automated email thAt someone will email me within 48 hours and so fRom nobody contacted me bout my returns. This co.pant really sucks big time and im thinking of calling the news media and let them know about wanelo and how horrible they are this way nobody will shop there again .I will keep you all posted as to when to watch the news and whAt channels bc I am so fed up with them. It going on 2 wee
