Good evening,

I completed a priceline bid this evening for a 3 1/2 star hotel in the Downtown Minneapolis or U of M Minneapolis area. However, my reservation confirmed at hotel in the Midtown area. I am very disappointed and scared that this is not near either downtown nor the University, nor should this hotel be considered a 3 1/2 star hotel. My biggest concern is this is a very dangerous part of the city, known for high crime and drug issues. Additionally, a woman was in the news this past week because she was shot and killed a block away from the hotel waiting for a bus. I have talked to several employees within the organization that have stated there is nothing that can be done and I am stuck with this hotel.

I just don't understand how a multi million dollar corporation stands on a we don't do right by the customer attitude.
