It normally takes ages for goods to arrive and clear custom in Thailand. The price shown includes custom tax and it was really fast to arrive.

“Booking.com doesn't honour their agreement”

Booked for 4 rooms: 2 adults, 1 child, breakfast included. Party of 8 adults and 4 children. See the attached picture.

The hotel charge extra saying that Booking.com only pay them for the adult breakfast. I called up Booking.com the customer service and the manager refuse to honour their agreement as stated in the booking.
