I've ordered several items with RoseWholesale.com. I'll give the company an 8 of out 10. I LOVE the jewelry ALLOT! The customer service via the New York phone number is a minus 1,000. They suck. I've called, and when disconnected and not having any resolution and redialing, your phone number will be blocked for the next 24 hours. NOT COOL!
The clothing is made in China so... I am a true 8/10, I have to get an extra large and then it can be snug too. My advise if you really love it and have to have it, 1 to 2 sizes bigger depending on your comfort level.
I have received 90% of everything ordered. I'm still waiting on a refund of a large order that wasn't received bc it wasn't in stock and I wasn't made aware of it. I canceled the order and yet to have my funds returned.
If you order expedited shipping, it isn't the normal way that USA expects. If it isn't in stock you will get it when they get it etc and no notification that it's MIA.
I've reached out via email to RoseWholesale.com and have had a good experience of resolving issues via email. However their day is our night. You can call the 916 area code number after 7p Central time, but once again if you're not *******% sugar, and if you have a problem, they will wait for you to hang up bc they will NOT respond, then block your number.
You get what you pay for.
