Frustrating to not have items applied towards free shipping when you original bill over over $100. Therefore I cancelled 2 items

The products I ordered were nothing like the beautiful picture. Poor quality, appliqué was even put in grossly crooked. I spend $31 and they will only refund me $2 since it was 'the right order'. It's unwearable. I had to submit my complaint twice and only after 3 days (not the promised 24 hrs) did the get the poor response. Do not support this company of poor quality of poorer customer service.
