I purchased two items, was given a tracking number through china post and then after two months when the delivery deadline had expired and my items still hadn't arrived, I sent an email asking why the tracking number no longer worked and what type of compensation I could receive for my missing items. I was offered a 50% refund or told that I could have my items reshipped if I paid 50% of what I had paid originally for the items. Very disappointing to say the least.
