I reserved a romantic suite, and my confirmation email was about a romantic suite. But at the Hotel, the reservation was about a corporative suite (who was almost a regular room with two beds). The employee of the hotel changed my room for the one i expected (and reserved). Hotel: 5 stars (Hotel Universel Alma), Hotel.com web site: 2 stars.

Do NOT rent from Hotels.com. I rented a room, they took my money, never sent me a conformation...
