Order sent a week ago, sent few emails but no real feedback or timeframe, no track number except to order staus: processing since 07/01/2014. I paid my order E************** a week ago for a birthday present with expedited shipping but it looks like I will not have my present before! It is a shame, I am very disappointed with the client services. They are not helpful at all.
