Product are shoddy and poorly with a no return policy. This has happened twice to me. I write and tell them it is poorly made and after numerous emails, they respond. They always think it is the carrier, but it is not. The two products were poorly made, staples showing on one, mold on the other. The solution is to send me another, which I do not want as it is poor made and a 2nd one is not going to solve the issue.
