I've never had a problem with these folks--free shipping >$50, great (though not perfect) selection, dynamite samples that help me select new products (or rule them out). The website is clean, intuitive, and easy to use: top marks! Better than their brick-and-mortar stores, which are a long drive for me, always mobbed, and poorly lighted. I spend more of my online dollars here than anywhere else. They also have great guy stuff, including shaving products.

They can't fit my narrow feet. Zappo's and Nordstrom are the place to go if you want a good selection of cute shoes in sizes other than the total mainstream, as I do.
