Rented my home to someone who trashed it and stole. Home away then charged me for their having accepted a stolen card! Don't do it. They are worthless.

I trusted vrbo to rent my house and recently rented it to someone who not only trashed my home but stole several thousand dollars of property. Then, apparently VRBO accepted a fraudulent credit card for this rental and charged me for it. They offer no value or help whatsoever. Do not let them do this to you! P, ease learn from my very expensive mistake.

Ordered two pair of glasses with progressive lenses and everything worked. Ordered another pair, had to call after 14 days and was told order would be expedited. Had to call again a week later only to be told that it may have been lost. Customer service is super helpful and friendly, but they can't seem to get orders made and shipped.
