I inadvertently ordered from his web site, thinking it was coachfactory.com. This site, coachfactoryCOM.com is a Chinese website with the worst merchandise and customer service imaginable! Not only was the merchandise absolutely horrible, but I have been trying to return it and get a refund for about a week now. They only give a person 7 days to return the merchandise but there is no information about where and how to do so. I have been trying to contact them by E-Mail, sent 6 E-Mails, but there has been no response from them, so I guess I'm stuck with this horrible merchandise and am out the money I paid, plus an exchange fee! DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
