Bought ticket a year ago to get needed seat - in front, on aisle. Got assigned seat 42 in back and by window. I get panic attack in back of plane, and need leg room, and cannot get seat changed. Will have to stay in bathroom or walk around for 13 hours. They are good at selling, but dismal on anything else. I think this company does not treat its call center employees well so they do not treat customers well.

Tip for consumers:
Well I reached someone at Aer Lingus who changed my seats for $71. I would have paid anything for this as was about to get another ticket on Luftansia. I tried to reach this magical person previously but could not. Thank you Site Jabber if you had anything to do with this.
