Dress was unfinished in my opinion. It did not look anything like the picture or how it was described. It was made from spandex, poorly sewn, look like $#*!. Don't waste your money or time.

We're extremely grateful for your constructive feedback.
I want to start by apologizing unreservedly to you for what has happened; it is never our intention to upset any customer.
We do in fact inspect all items before we ship them.We stand behind every item we sell so we will contact this customer and offer to exchange this item for him. If he still wants to keep it we will work out some other accommodation. Our goal is that every customer is completely satisfied with their order.
Again, I am extremely sorry for the frustration this has caused you and hope that this will set things right.
We will be in touch with the customer to personally apologize and offer special consideration for what was clearly an unacceptable level of service. We can and will do better in the future.
