Best Buy has the worst service. I tried to buy a camera and had picked out the camera and the gear to go with it. The clerk rang it up and the phone rang. I stood there while he had a long conversation with someone. After about 5 minutes, I asked him if he was going to finish my transaction. He told me that he was multitasking! I said I am leaving and left the store.
So he had rung it all up but never got as far as taking my credit card.
So Best Buy lost my business and this guy lost a BIG sale.
That's not the first time I have had lousy service at Best Buy, but it is the last.
