I cannot believe this company. We have been posted a bill of £600.00 for service's which we havnt not used. ** was extremely rude on the phone said it was in my name and I had to pay this amount. I said "Somebody has used my details, gone into my email and signed me up for it, this is clearly a security breech. Oh and another thing do you have anything with my signature signing up to your service?" Answer I got was " Thats not our problems, you have a security breech on your side, which is not our problem."
I logged into the account, and found tenders which were not even in London so they are you could say they are selling invalid goods.
Can any one help me fiight them. I am willing to pay for someone's time and help with this matter, instead of paying QSL scammers

atiya m. Hi Sumit,
I have had similar expereince, and I've been summoned to court on 25th Oct. let us see what happens. I am going to fight my case.
Mark A. QSL LOST THEIR COURT CASE!
While Natalie Marks is a notorious QSL low life, the actual "Director" of the company is a Mr. Gordon Hosie. He is the one who arrived at court today as the claimant. A google search on him revealed some interesting information. Here's one piece of that PUBLIC information: http://company-director-check.co.uk/director/90725868.
The Judge gave this increasingly red-faced and sweaty individual quite a hard time from the outset, particularly in respect to the lack of clarity of the terms and conditions presented on their website to potential clients before they sign up. Comments were also made by the Judge about the nature of his business practice, and he was challenged/corrected throughout for his bulls****ing and false claims. In fact, his claims actually provoked outright laughter on more than one occasion.
It also didn't help that he presented "evidence" in the form of screenshots and documentation that were dated/copyrighted in 2011, when they were supposed to relate to 2010. And boy did he squirm when the subject of ignoring numerous letters was raised, especially as he had no evidence to support his repeated claim that he "was certain" that the "accounts department" would've telephoned in response. They didn't. Hence no evidence of this, or any ability to provide details.
It also didn't go down well with him when it was pointed out that QSL was the subject of numerous complaints on scam websites, such as this. Apparently he had no idea of these complaints at all, and couldn't understand why the issue was being raised. Hmm.
Anyway, the bottom line was that QSL had no basis to invoice or subsequently sue the company my partner worked for. QSL didn't bother to check and consequently had no evidence that my partner had the authority of her company to sign up on their behalf.
So stand up to them. It would be nice to think of him running out of another court room red-faced, and seemingly about to burst into tears. And before anyone gets upset abou the info I posted on Mr. Hosie above, it's public domain, and therefore perfectly legal.
Robert S. Hi, Congratulations for winning the court case. But would you happen to know if the case was still to be one if a director was to be the one who signed up for the free trail as this is what has happened to me. But well done for winning, I hope this sucess continues for everybody else.
atiya m. Hi Robert,
I think even if you are the director you should have a strong chance of winning the case since we won the case on the grounds that the terms and conditions for the annual subscription to continue after the free trail period were not presented clearly by QSL on the website. In my case, I did not see the terms and conditions on the screen, and signed up assuming it was a free trial. As long as you can prove that you did not sign a contract with them you shoud with these conditions stated clearly you have solid legal grounds.
Sumit P. Hi Atiya,
Many thanks for giving us this feedback. Really does help. I have been told by QSL that I have agreed to the T and A by clicking on the check box. But what your saying is, there is no contract as I have not really signed for anything? So really this would be enough to fight with?
janet s. congratulations for winning this scumbag in court we have a summons for over £2000.00 from qsl - apparantley we ticked the box twice and they have renewed one of the subscriptions for a second year ! i would be very grateful for any help or further comments as i am trying to build a case against them how can they be allowed to rip people off like this. I did cancel the subscription but it was 1 day late reaching them what a surprise ! tried writing to them/ringing them to no avail and now the ccj .
Robert S. Hi Janet when did you revive your court summons, intrested to know as they have already lost the case with Anita, so would have thought another case would have followed suit. Qsl need to be stopped. Thanks
janet s. hi thanks for response - received it this week ! and yes they do need to be stopped ! i am hoping to put in a counterclaim as well ! any info and advice would be appreciated from anyone .
Sumit P. Hi Janet,
I have been sent a notice for this over due amount. I am going to call QSL as they are harassing my staff for this amount. When are you going to court, I will fully back you up on this. I think if we all stand together we got a much better chance. Please let me know.
janet s. hi sumit p - dont waste the cost of a call to these people ! the woman that answers the phone reads from a script and doesnt listen to you we have tried on several occcasions - even though we have emails from them acknowledging that we cancelled the year subscription - we dont have a court date yet - i cant believe that this kind of scam goes on and that qsl are allowed to trade - someone else has told me that these tenders are available from the government website free of charge anyway!
atiya m. Our case was heard on 25th October 2011 in Kettering County Court, Northamptonshire. We won the case as QSL did not have sufficient evidence to prove that we had entered a contract by merely signing-up via their website for a free trail subscription. I'd encourage everyone else not to be intimidated by them if they feel they did not knowingly sign up a contract and to challenge them at court, as I believe QSL are very likely to lose again.
Sumit P. These tenders are available free, after speaking to the local council. Just got a phone call from a very shrewd women from QSL. They are definitely speaking from a script of some sort. Any one else being taken to court for this?
sarah r. stand your ground, if they have already lost in court, then I'm sure it will happen again. Keep us posted.
janet s. just signed your petition thanks for everyones support on this we're still waiting to hear our court date and yes we are having a few sleepless nights especially cause we apparently owe this crook £2250 ! which is alot of money when we are only a small company.
sarah r. at least we know that people are winning against them at court - good luck. Not fair on small companies that are struggling anyway in the current climate. They have no sympathy & their customer service skills are non-existent.
david w. Hi Steven,
Could you send me copies of the old website please as I know I will need copies of this to fight my case. I am in the same boat as everyone. I signed for the 30day trial and then they sent me an invoice for £695.00 which has now grown to over £930.00. The last letter I had off them said that they would accept £240.59 but I have never used the site so why should I pay them a penny. I know its tempting to pay the money rather than the hassle of going to court but I feel like I am being totally ripped off. Any help from other victims would be most appreciated.
Sumit P. Hi David, I have just been on the phone to them, and I am on the verge of giving up. They offered to reduce my subscription to 6 month for just around half the price, but as you say we havnt used any of the tenders so why should we pay? I am extremely tempted to pay the 50% and enjoy my xmas. BUT .. If I pay I am going to be out of pocket and it all just soo depressing.
How many case's have they lost? I dont want to go court and loose and end up paying more than what I already apparently owe.
p p. hi this has happend to me too they is no way i am paying its a scam.
p p. i have cancelled it after getting an invoice for 650 plus pounds. on the day i got the invoice i phoned and talked to a rude women she said i had to pay and would take me to court if i didnt not. she advised me how to cancel it but still owe 650 pound. i explained they need to review the wording and how they try and do business. i will not be paying as from the research on google it looks like a scam to try and bully people into paying for a service which i know now can be found for free.
