Placed an order with them which they did not deliver. Their website claims to give 110% customer satisfaction and a 24 hour response to your queries which is a lie. You cannot contact them on the number they have given, its an answering machine, and their "online" help is always "offline". They ended up refunding my money without so much as a sorry or explanation as to why they let me down. I had no favours to give my guests at my wedding :( Please don't place an order with them or at the very least try and place the order over the phone, depending if you can get hold of someone!!!!
