I signed up to see what all was on my record to fix a potential mistake and zero criminal records were returned not even any traffic tickets. What a waste of my time and money.

Please be assured that your account was canceled as you requested and your subscription purchase was refunded. You should also have received email confirmation of the cancellation and refund for your records.

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to find the information you needed. We are dependent upon the data made digitally available to us by the county courts and other state agencies, for integration of their records into our reports. Some counties provide more information in this format than others, while there are still some counties that do not yet make their data digitally available so that case records can be pulled into our database and integrated into our reports. We are constantly updating and expanding our database to provide the most accurate and current information we possibly can.
