Claims process favours the seller. Bought two phones, one faulty and one never arrived. Contacted seller who said to send back, did not offer to pay postage and AliExpress released my payment to them. 2nd one cancelled as it had not been sent yet seller claims to have sent it yet it has not arrive 6 weeks early and again AliExpress sided with the seller. Used the live customer assistance and was told that my payments would not be released till problems resolved! Clearly this did not happen and the seller stopped responding as soon as his payment was received. If like me you live in the UK stick to Amazon and avoid AliExpress at all costs
