Had to post an update on 2015 review, MYUS have gone dill dramatically, responses are slow and they do not wish to take ownership of any mistake nor willing to take the correct actions yo maintain a long standing customer, so had to call it a day.

Each and every time I have contacted MYUS customer services the response times have been very prompt and professional. The agents have always demonstrated that my requests or feedback has been treated on a personal level. This is one of the reasons why I have been a member for the past 6+ years

After being a member of one the the biggest USA frieght forwarders for the past 10 years i had to make a change due to very poor custkmer service. Having now tried Planet Express twice and contacted them on the phone and through email I must say these guys are the best, simply cannot do enough to support you as a customer, every action they make is fast and professional, I have saved 1-2 days simply on the processing time from the previous forwarding agent.
So don't waste time searching and testing others you will not find better.
