We have only had good experiences with the WeddingWire customer service department! It's not often that you get such wonderful assistance from big companies, so I'm extremely impressed with the quick responses and help we received from Samantha! Our only reason for not giving WeddingWire the full 5 stars is that we wish there were more editing functions on the wedding websites they let you create. Other than that, we were very happy with our choice to use them while preparing for our wedding!
