So in the beginning of Third Love time, their customer service was superior to others and their products were amazing, then somewhere a couple years ago, things started to go downhill fast. The bras are NOT the same anymore. You can literally buy a generic bra at a big department store that fits and feels just the same, which is not saying anything at all. The sizing is all wrong now. And the customer service? Let's just say that my 4 month old puppy can do better. I sent something back, again, to them, and though USPS tracking showed it delivered back to them on 5/12/22, they claim that doesn't mean that they have it... well I'm not sure where they learned post office 101, but that's not how it works. In the meantime, I've had to file complaints with Afterpay for them to stop charging me because it shows delivered. And TL chat person, Chloe, says that it can take 20+ days for any credits to be issued... so wait, you take my money right away, you have the product that I returned with proof of the return delivery, and I still have to continue to wait? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I can understand a couple extra days, like 1-2, but 20+? In any case, not gonna happen again and I intend to spread the information loud, clear, and far to make sure people know not to buy there. On top of all that, why is a flimsy piece of fabric $70?

This place is a complete joke. Purchased an item that I wanted for my nephew's birthday on December 11th. I had ordered on 11/28. They SAID that they shipped it on 12/3, but the shipper still shows as waiting for the item to be shipped. Thank goodness I used PayPal, even though it will take 2 months more to process everything. Every time I contact Koounji, they simply provide me the same bogus tracking information. It took 7 emails and 2 weeks to even get the name of the shipping company, as the tracking information went exactly nowhere.
Run people, run. Don't buy anything from these scam artists.

Weeks now. Only one of 3 items received. Not at all what it was to be and would maybe fit a 3 year old. I even ordered a size larger due to what I read for sizing. Can't even wear a bathing suit cover up as a shirt because I can't even get it over my head. Filed a claim with PayPal and they offered a $7 refund when I paid $36 and only received a $10 misrepresented item that had no packing slip or return label. Wouldn't answer my many inquiries... most of which would not go through to the email address on their site and kept coming back even though I clicked their link. HHR**************. Is the order to prove that I purchased because I am honest unlike this company. Shipping said 5-7 days when I purchased and placed the order, but that was 2/26/16 and only got one item and the rest are in la-la-land apparently with nothing provided from the company about them. Needed them for a vacation that has now come and gone. AWFULLLLLLL. Beware. I will now be calling PayPal and I know that they will have my back. The next step is for me to file a claim with BBB and anyone else that I can. You messed with the wrong person RoseWholesale. I require a full refund, including shipping... not $7. If I wanted to waste $36.22 I could have just started a bonfire with it and felt better about it.
