I ordered 2 tablets on 12/3 in green and silver and 2 pairs of leggings. Leggings came in a week. Tablets came the Saturday before Christmas, in pink and purple. NMR had me call the manufacturer (out of service) then they wanted me to take pictures of the tablets and send them via email. After alerting the NMR fb page that the customer service is terrible and having a slew of friends also comment, they finally emailed me the postage to send back the tablets. This was after a week of emails to their customer service. All of this could of been remedied by a prompt return labels, and they could of overnighted the correct items, by Christmas. This was the first time I bought from them, and they already lost me.
