Do NOT trust this company. Azelaic acid 15%, a skin cream: $94 now, get this: For 75 days. What the heck? It's a cream. Optum lets you put in, 1 tube, 2 tubes or 3 tubes... or 30 days, or 60 days or 90 days...and strangely it stays at $94. Why? To HIDE the fact that there is NO one or two or three or 30 or sixty days...they are ONLY selling you one tube for $94. DO NOT BUY...go to Goodrx and find a place for less than 1/2 price. So CREEPY. Beware, check all your meds here with GoodRx

Tip for consumers:
If you are forced to use Optum check your prices against GoodRx coupon prices, some will likely be cheaper than what Optum charges.

Products used:
I have Medicare Advantage and MUST buy from them. But, lately, I can buy using GoodRx coupons cheaper than my co-pay....on some meds. So creepy...

Reason I chose this business:

Easy to buy, easy to navigate, found a $5 on $50 coupon

Great offers, super offers such as Office 2016 Plus for $29.95. As far as I can tell it's actually available (after plugging in college after college till I found one) in maybe 1% of colleges. Classic clickbait! If you do buy from them DO NOT use a Debit card, use a good credit card, keep records and then if things go bad, refuse the charge promptly. From reviews here about 50% go bad.

Fairly easy to use. I'm an RN and use it for a "health tips" in-house newsletter. It suffices but currently I'm having an issue with "ghosting." Seeing very faint images of text, no longer in my file but visible, faintly as a pale gray. There seems to be no way whatsoever to obtain support. I'm disappointed and will look for another newsletter maker.

Tip for consumers:
Upload your own images but when there is a technical image (such as ghosting (background gray images that no longer should be there) don't expect ANY assistance. There does not seem to be any support at all.

I bought a camera from them in 2002 and just bought a hard drive. Both were priced great, fast shipping and they don't charge MA sales tax because they don't have a MA presence, so I saved 6.2% over an Amazon.com purchase.

If you see a 8.5 or better, you'll be happy. That's based on my experience.

I do see some complaints that RS "skews" ratings for $, though that is not my experience I know that this is happening on other websites, so that does make me wonder and a bit more leery.

Important note! If you downloaded a care.com "app" you MUST close your account within the app. Care.com makes NO effort to tell you this on their website, I believe that is intentional. If you are having problems getting care.com to close your auto-rebill membership this IS why!

After an injury I subscribed to Care.com. I hired two "caretakers." One was awful (put 4 load of laundry into the washing machine--all at once). The second one was quite good. So only one-star? Yes, Care.com double billed me. The 1st person said: "I take cash only I do not participate in care.com collecting for me. So I paid her $60 and Care.com then billed me for $66. Upon contesting the charge with Bank America Care.com reversed the charge.

However, to get out of auto-billing I wrote *******@care.com a few days before the auto-charge date. I also (as care.com's site told me to) called to close the account. Calling was a joke! You cannot reach a human if you spent a year on hold. Then after the auto-charge date passed care wrote me saying: "Oh you have to close your account through the Apple app." I'm sorry if I buy a product and a 3rd party bills for it, I still deal with you to close the account. And care.com did not respond immediately, which they could have (c'mon it's done automatically).

In short I believe that they pawn billing of intentionally knowing many will not be able to figure out how to get out of automatic billing.

Good concept but dangerous. I too believe that something was stolen from my house, though I cannot prove it. How do you vet someone? Pay care.com a big $ for a Corey report? Sorry, though one of my caretakers was good I say:

BEWARE

Tip for consumers:
Beware--if you use an app you are forced to close account through the app--in contrast to what she site says.

Lock up anything valuable before you hire someone including meds. Overall I would not use them.

A sometimes necessary evil, but BEWARE.

Buy something on Ebay and you're stuck using paypal.

But a tenant, Perrin Tellock, of Antioch New England, studying for a Doctorate of Psycology paid me $1300 by paypal, as deposit and first month's rent, with a signed lease. Then later apparently found something better and notified paypal and accused me of wrongly taking money out of his account. Paypal seized the money and refused to return it even though I submitted plenty of proof that Tellock's claims were essentially fraud Paypal sided with him. Paypal does not look at proof even when properly submitted.

Short story: Paypal may be necessary when buying or selling on Ebay but do not expect them to look at proof if someone tries to scam you, who has paid you.

Tip for consumers:
Use only when necessary for Ebay. Never, ever use this to receive money from anything you sold.

Best site for discount codes. Yes sometimes they don't work but people usually update and add comments and most do work.

I've always believed in the Better Business Bureau. But some months ago I bought Orange soda from my local Target store. There was no sell by date, so I contacted the manufacturer. The sell by date was about 3 months earlier. There is NO way that Target should be selling such outdated food.

I made a complaint on BBB.org. It was ignored.

Need I say any more?

Tip for consumers:
Still a good site to check out some companies but clearly bbb.org has a handshake with some companies such as Target. Why else would my complaint be ignored. Three months out of date food sale is a reasonable complaint.

I met my wife at MP which used to be a great website run by a fellow named Steve who went to great lengths to keep scammers out (both male and female) and did a great job.

A year ago it would have gotten 5 stars.

Today, zero. It appears to have been sold and from the address I suspect it was sold to the came company that owns filipinocupid.com. Today it does NOT impress me and I'm sad to see what was one of the best run websites of its kind gone.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother, it was a great site and is now gone. Some sites work but beware there are more scammers than you can imagine but also some good women. Never, ever send gifts or money until you meet the person face to face. Then get to know their family. If they have tattoos, run.
